URGENT – WE STILL NEED VOLUNTEERS

Our Mackie Minis & Micros Tournament is THIS SATURDAY (18th April) — and right now, we don’t have enough volunteers to run the day safely.

This is one of the biggest days of the year for our youngest players. Without more help, it simply can’t go ahead as planned.

We especially need help with:

• Set-up on Friday (from 6pm)
• General help during the day
• Tidy-up / take-down after the event

Even an hour of your time makes a huge difference.
Parents, senior & youth players — we need you.

A big call out to the whole Mackie RFC family to help out on the Minis and Micros big day!

If you can help on Friday 17th from 6pm or Saturday 18th during the day with anything like setting up, directing cars, refereeing, running scores to the Coordinator, helping Coaches, tidy-up, etc, please get in touch with Steve Peddie - stevepeddierugby@sky.com.

If you can help with cooking at the BBQ Stall, serving refreshments or helping on the Bottle Stall or Pre-loved Kit Stall, speak to the Tuck Shop Team on Saturday mornings or add your details to the Sign-up Sheet for Tuck Shop/Refreshments: Tuck shop volunteer slots.

Any donations for the bottle stall and home bakes for the day will be hugely appreciated!
