Notice is hereby given to all members that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) of Mackie Rugby Club will be held on Thursday 4th July 2024, at 7pm at Mackie Rugby Club clubhouse Redcloak, Stonehaven to conduct the following business:

In accordance with the requirements of Mackie Rugby Club Constitution the Agenda will include the following:
1. A report by the chair on the activities of Mackie Rugby Club.
2. Consideration of the annual accounts of Mackie Rugby Club.
3. The election/re-election of charity trustees - not anticipated.
4. The election/re-election of Mackie Rugby Club office bearers.
5. Club annual subscriptions.
6. Annual Reports from each section of the Club.
7. Questions from the members - all questions to be raised by the members must be lodged to the undersigned at least 7 days in advance of the AGM.
8. AOB.

Please note that:

If the quorum is not present within 15 minutes after 7pm on the 4th July 2024 (the time at which AGM was due to start), or if the quorum ceases to be present during the AGM - the AGM cannot proceed and fresh notices of the AGM will require to be sent out, to deal with the business (or remaining business) which was intended to be conducted.

In accordance with the constitution of Mackie Rugby Club, only members of Mackie Rugby Club are eligible to attend and participate in the meeting and only fully paid-up members are eligible to vote.
