The squad of 11 or so players enjoyed a warm up, bibs v non bibs whole game, an activity to promote pop, pass and then attack the space, a whole game and finally rugby tennis during Saturday's training.

The warm up had everyone robbing the nest and carrying the rugby ball in hand. After a quick ball down, water on they were back into a game where they were showing the game coaches just what they were made of and what they remembered from previous training days.

It was the 1st time they had seen the pop, pass and attack the space activity so they walked it till they got it, then jogged it and then ran it. Some were quicker than others to grasp the main idea but from a coaching point of view it was beginning to show that once the ball had been popped and passed into the channels tries were being scored.

Once again it was ball down water on and into the final game which showed all the pitch side spectators, the game coaches and the players themselves that if they did the previous activity successfully in a game then a try was for the taking.

The rugby tennis showed some great kicking of the rugby ball and "full back" catching of the high ball kick.
