It started with warms up like Toilet TIG, Rob the nest, Corner ball or Train TIG so that the players could RAMP up and try some foundational movements too.
Next the Sharks and Fishes activity promoted the Go Forward Princple of Play, especially when the Killer fish was introduced.?
Game time saw Mackie Reds play against Aberdeen Grammar on 1 pitch and Mackie Blacks play on the other.?
With a drink to think break the squads were then into a passing activity that promoted support and continuity Principles of Play.?
From the feedback given by the game coaches during the warm ups and activities the players were again into game time.?
The final gather round allowed the Mackie squad to thank their guests for sharing their rugby experiences and for making it a fun, fair and fantastic session.?
