Match Preview

The Dundee Eagles festival is taking place this Sunday (1st November) at Mayfield Playing Fields. Below is information for the visiting teams.
Location

The Mayfield Playing Fields are located at 193 Arbroath Road, Dundee, DD4 7HS. Using this address and postcode on your sat nav should take you straight there. There is a link to google maps below;

Parking
There is on-site parking but we expect the car park to be extremely busy so it will likely be the case that not all cars can be accommodated. We advise visitors not to park on Arbroath Road as traffic police have advised in the past that this is not desirable. Instead visitors can park in the residential streets to the East or North West of Mayfield with only a short walk back to the ground. See Google Maps.

Catering
There will be on-site catering. Hot food and drinks as well as cakes and snacks will be available for sale throughout the course of the festival and all players will be given hot food for free as part of the festival offering (tokens will be given to coaches at registration). Depending on the weather there are different areas that the catering may be situated - look out for the 'Food & Drink Flag'

Facilities
There will be changing room facilities available if needed and toilet facilities will also be available on site. First Aid will be available at the registration tent.

Timings
We would appreciate it if all teams could arrive no later than 10.30am in order to get the teams together and warmed up. All teams must register at the registration tent on or before 10.30m. At approximately 10.45am an announcement will be made and we will ask all coaches to gather at their age group flag for a coaches briefing (led by Dundee Eagles coaches at each age group). We will be starting matches at 11am sharp.
