MAFPRFC pre season will officially start on Tuesday 1st of July at Redcloak Pitches! 6.45PM
However, this year Stonehaven Metafit have kindy agreed to put you through your paces. As such, there will be two preparation sessions on Tuesday 17th & 24th of June.
These sessions will measure your fitness & strength to allow Metafit to plan the sessions therafter effectively.
Please all make an effort to be at redcloak for the prep sessions, remember to bring with you a rucksack (for carrying sand bags) and a note pad with pen so you can keep a track of your progress.
