A packed Assembly hall saw all the awards dished out to all the incredibly deserving kids that have done their club proud this past year. Another brilliant year for all the teams was there for all to see as the plethora of Trophies accumulated over the season was on show.

Players of the month trophies, player of the year trophies, most improved players, mini monitor points and many more were given out. A special award for the Mackie Tournament Player of the Tournament was introduced by Craig Beeton as the Graeme Thomson Memorial Trophy. Graeme was the founding coach of the Mackie Mini's in the mid 1980's and sadly died earlier this year. His family have donated the prize to go to the Mackie player of the tournament each year. Somewhat fittingly, the Award was given out on Graeme's birthday this year.

After the Awards, the club headed up to Redcloak where we all had a great fun day playing touch, flag rugby, eating burgers and hot dogs, sweet and juice (a little wine or beer for the adults!).

The ladies did another brilliant job on the tuck shop and raised £621 in donations and tuck on the day plus another £453 on kit sales!

Well done to all players, coaches, parents and friends who mdae the day what it was. A Huge well done to Ciaran and Richard for all their organising work they have done this year to make each event adn tournament a huge success.
