Once again the SRU are covering the premium for the insurance coverage but as highlighted in the document below the coverage is minimal for Permanent Total Disablement or Death. MAFPRFC will not be extending the cover for adult teams loss of earnings so every individual should make sure that they have the necessary personal coverage in place to suit their own circumstances. Insurance coverage is as described but players of all ages should note that they are only officially registered when subscriptions have been paid and online registration has been completed. There is absolutely no guarantee that anyone playing for the club outside these parameters will be able to claim on the insurance policy so please make it your responsibility to ensure that both of these elements are done promptly. Please note that coverage for Club Officials, coaches and team assistants is detailed in the attached documents also - this confirms that whilst on official Club business the said persons have some limited coverage provided.
